No physical goods are shipped. All products are digital and delivered electronically by email and via your account on a2keys.com.
This policy applies to all digital software licenses sold on a2keys.com and linked marketplaces.
1) What you’re buying
We sell digital software license keys delivered by email/in-account. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, keys are single-use, for one device/activation, and may be region-specific.
2) Delivery time
Keys are delivered by email and in your Account → Orders. Delivery is usually 15–60 minutes after payment approval. Some orders may require a brief security review; in those cases delivery can take up to 24 hours.
If you haven’t received the email after 60 minutes, check Spam/Junk and your Account → Orders page.
If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, contact contact@a2keys.com with your Order ID.
3) When you can get a replacement or refund
We’ll replace first; if a replacement also fails, we’ll refund to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified below.
Eligible reasons:
- Non-delivery – No key received within the promised window. (Contact us within 7 days of purchase.)
- Activation failure – The key doesn’t activate for the product/edition/region advertised. (Contact us within 30 days with a screenshot of the activation error and your order ID.)
- Wrong item / not as described – We sent the wrong edition/region or our page was inaccurate. (Contact us within 30 days.)
- Duplicate purchase by mistake – You bought the same product twice and only used one key. (Contact us within 7 days; unused key = refund.)
4) When refunds are not available
- Used/redeemed keys where activation succeeded.
- Region/device misuse (e.g., EU key outside EU; one-device key on multiple machines).
- System incompatibility where stated requirements were met on the product page.
- Change of mind after delivery/activation.
- Fraud/abuse (chargeback fraud, key sharing, obvious reselling).
5) EU/UK digital-content rule
For EU/UK customers: digital content delivered immediately isn’t subject to the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery/activation begins. At checkout we ask you to tick:
“I consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that my 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery or activation begins.”
If you haven’t received or used the key, you may still cancel within 14 days.
6) How to request help, replacement, or refund
Email contact@a2keys.com with:
- Order ID and product name,
- The email used at checkout,
- For activation issues: a screenshot of the activation screen showing the error code/message, plus your Windows/Office edition/region.
We respond within 24 hours (business days).
Approved refunds are processed within 5–20 business days to your original payment method.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first—most issues are solved with a quick resend or replacement. Opening a bank dispute immediately can slow resolution while your bank investigates.
