Digital delivery (how you receive your purchase)

  • We sell digital software license keys.

  • Delivery is by email and in your Account → Orders page (full key shown after purchase).

  • Timing: usually 15–60 minutes after payment approval. If your order is selected for a brief fraud-prevention review, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If no email after 60 minutes: check spam/junk, then see “Didn’t get the email?” below.

What you receive

  • Product key (for the exact edition/region on the product page)

  • Activation instructions (step-by-step)

  • Any download link if required by the product

Didn’t get the email?

  1. Check spam/junk and Promotions tabs.

  2. Confirm the order email is correct.

  3. Log in → Account → Orders to view the key directly.

  4. Still missing after 24 hours? Email contact@a2keys.com with your Order ID (we’ll resend, or deliver to an alternate email after verification).

Order review & ID checks (rare)

To prevent fraud, we may flag an order for a short manual review. If we need more info, we’ll email you from contact@a2keys.com. Reviews are typically resolved within 1 hour; please allow up to 24 hours

Region & edition

Keys may be region-specific or edition-specific. The product page states the region, edition, device count, and activation method. If a key is region-locked, using it in another region will fail—contact support for a correct replacement option.


Payments we accept

  • We accept secure online payments by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others supported by our payment gateway).

  • We also accept USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency payments.

All transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways to ensure safety and confidentiality.

You’ll see A2Keys or A2 TECH LLC listed on your card payment confirmation or bank statement.

Note:
USDT payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain and are not eligible for automatic refunds. If a refund is approved under our Refund & Returns Policy, it will be processed manually in USDT or store credit of equivalent value.

Payment security

  • We never store full card numbers or CVV.

  • 3-D Secure / SCA, CVV, and AVS checks are enabled to protect you and us.

  • All pages use HTTPS; sensitive operations are encrypted.

  • Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

Currencies & taxes

  • Prices are shown in USD (or your local currency if displayed on site).

  • Any applicable sales tax/VAT is shown at checkout before you pay.

Invoices

A PDF invoice is available in Account → Orders and is emailed after payment. For business/VAT invoices, enter company details at checkout or email contact@a2keys.com with your Order ID.

Failed or pending payments

  • Declined: verify card details, funds, and 3-D Secure prompt; try another card/method.

  • Pending: banks sometimes hold funds during risk checks; this typically clears within 24 hours. If it doesn’t, contact support and your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first at contact@a2keys.com—most issues are solved with a quick resend or replacement. Opening a bank dispute immediately can slow resolution while your bank investigates.
