Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using A2Keys.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.
1) What we sell
We sell digital software license keys and related digital instructions/download links (no physical shipping).
2) Your account
You’re responsible for your account, passwords, and all activity. Our store is for users 13+. Do not share full license keys publicly.
3) Ordering & payment
Placing an order = offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel (e.g., suspected fraud). Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Prices are in USD unless stated; applicable taxes/VAT are shown at checkout before payment.
4) Digital delivery
Delivery is by email and in Account → Orders. Timing is usually 15–60 minutes after payment approval; orders selected for a brief security review may take up to 24 hours. See our Delivery & Payments page for details.
5) License & permitted use
Unless a product page says otherwise, each key grants a single, personal, non-transferable right to activate the specific edition/region/device count shown on that page.
You must not resell or share keys, use outside the stated region/edition, or circumvent technical restrictions.
6) Product info & compatibility
Each product page lists edition, region, activation method, and requirements. You’re responsible for meeting requirements (OS/region/device limits). Ask us before buying if unsure.
7) Returns & refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy (incorporated by reference) explains when replacements/refunds are available (e.g., non-delivery, activation failure, not-as-described, duplicate unused purchase) and when they’re not (e.g., successfully activated keys, misuse, change of mind after delivery). We replace first, and refund if a replacement also fails. Timelines and instructions are on that page.
EU/UK digital-content waiver.
If you’re in the EU/UK and choose immediate delivery, you’ll be asked at checkout to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery or activation begins. If you haven’t received or used the key yet, you may still cancel within 14 days.
8) Fraud prevention
We use automated and manual checks (AVS/CVV, 3-D Secure, IP reputation). We may hold or cancel orders that trigger high-risk signals and request limited verification to protect customers and suppliers.
9) Intellectual property
Product names (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Office) are trademarks of their owners. We sell original license keys and are not affiliated with those owners unless stated. Site content (text, graphics, layout) is owned by or licensed to A2Keys; do not copy or reuse without permission.
10) Warranties & disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, the Service and digital goods are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every key will work in cases of misuse, wrong region/edition, or system incompatibility. Your statutory rights (where applicable) remain unaffected.
11) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and (b) our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or injury caused by our willful misconduct where such limits are not permitted by law.
12) Sanctions & export
You may not use our services if you are, or are located in, a country/region subject to U.S. sanctions, or are on a restricted-party list. Some products are region-locked; do not purchase “Global” keys for a blocked jurisdiction.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on-site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
